- 1. Personal use only
The products and services available via the Jo Malone™ Express line are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services you purchase or otherwise receive from us.
- 2. Our right to cancel your order
If we reasonably believe, in our sole discretion, that your completion of your order may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions we may, with or without notice, cancel or reduce the quantity of your order.
- 3. Placing an Order and Order Acceptance
Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit/debit card. This is not an order acceptance from Jo Malone™ South Africa Online.

If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
- 4. Number of products allowed
You are allowed to purchase a maximum of 5 products per order (either 5 individual, or 5 of the same product) via the Jo Malone™ Express line.
This limitation is imposed to ensure fair and efficient delivery process. If you require to purchase more than 5 items via our Jo Malone™ Express line, kindly contact our customer service agent on 0800 005526 (open 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Kindly note that additional delivery charges may then apply.
- 5. Delivery Charges
Jo Malone™ Express will charge the following flat delivery fees for each order.
- ZAR 85.00 for deliveries in Johannesburg
- ZAR 125.00 for all other destinations nationwide (RSA only – no deliveries permitted outside of the Republic of South Africa)- Those charges apply to orders limited to a maximum of 5 products per delivery (refer to Number of Products allowed section)- Any delivery request falling outside of our normal delivery services may be considered and quoted accordingly
- Jo Malone™ South Africa reserves the right to amend those delivery rates at any moment.
- 6. Delivery Services
All orders are handled by RAM courier services.
- 7. Delivery turn around time
All orders placed before 12am Monday to Friday will be delivered:
- Within 3-4 business days in Johannesburg
- Within 5-7 business days Nationwide
- 8. Delivery times
We can not guarantee a specific delivery time, although we will make every effort to fulfil your request Normal delivery times are weekdays between 09h00 and 17h00.
- 9. Payment
You may pay using Credit Card. By providing this method of payment, you confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours. Regrettably, Jo Malone™ Express does not allow payments by cash, cheque deposits, debit card or internet transfers.
All credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
- 10. Title to Goods
We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until the later of dispatch of the goods to you and full payment for the goods being received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
- 11. Risk of Loss
Risk in the goods will pass to you upon delivery to you.
- 12. Delivery
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. See Delivery section of our Site. Any delivery times quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
- 13. Acceptance of Goods
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy & Procedure. If no such action is taken, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Product Return and exchange will only be considered if:
- The incorrect product was delivered to you, and product remains unused.
- You are querying the quality of the product delivered.

If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. We're sorry, but returns or exchanges for purchases made in a Jo Malone™ store or partnered retail location may not be returned or exchanged to Jo Malone™ Express.
